By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Floating Piano Factory provides premium piano tuning, maintenance, and restoration services to clients in New York City, Chicago, and surrounding areas. Appointment requests submitted through our website are requests only; an appointment is confirmed once we contact you to schedule a specific date and time.

Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling availability.

Pricing for services is provided at the time of booking or quote and is subject to confirmation based on the specific condition and requirements of your instrument. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service.
Limitation of Liability
Floating Piano Factory performs services using industry-standard practices for piano tuning, maintenance, and restoration. While we take great care with every instrument, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage that could not reasonably have been discovered during the course of ordinary service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
